Power generating entities’ connection to utility grids requires power converters achieve high efficiency and low injected current harmonic distortion. The control of the converter plays a crucial role in grid-tied converter’s performance. Various techniques for inverters ranging from classical intelligent are introduced several exist. Evaluating state trend related methods, research shows that most works this area focus on grid integration using close-loop other advanced approaches. This is because these methods preferred since they provide adequate performance case uncertainties system. investigation can aprove PQ open-loop technique operate sufficiently cost-effectively renewable alternative systems under normal operating conditions. Hence, paper aims assess centralized single-stage three-level diode clamped inverter connected PV-Fuel cell unit. An active reactive scheme employed achieves distortion below 5%. system comprises 150 kW/700 V PV, kW/1400 fuel cell, 265 kW multilevel at rated voltage 415 V, an LCL filter. Two scenarios adopted investigate system’s responses further. In first scenario, local load 509.2 supplied PV-fuel inverter. also receives grid’s meet demand as provides only kW. Whereas unit supply while transporting surplus grid. results reveal developed model’s good with 0.33%.
